The first time around our family had a specific need for a unique floorplan and lot, and not only did Cassie find these properties, research every detail, and show them to us at the drop of a hat... she managed to find an off market property and convince the owner to sell their home to us. The second time we were house hunting, the market was very competitive. She was able to find us all of the information before the homes became active on the market so we would be prepared to write an offer immediately upon seeing the home. Her knowledge of the market and home values are second to none. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate Cassie. We feel like we have met a Realtor that is now a great friend. We had a wonderful experience with Cassie Butler, a diligent, hardworking and professional real estate agent in the RTP area. Before my wife and I relocated here, we came to Cary for a couple of days over a weekend just for house hunting. We drove around selected housing developments and called a few agents listed on signboards listed outside the houses that we were interested in. We found out that most management companies and real estate agents don’t work on weekends in the area. Cassie is one of the few exceptions, she answered our call, met us and showed us a few properties. Following this, Cassie continued to help us with negotiating and closing the deal for a single family home rental property that we decided on. She assisted us to complete the whole process while we were out of state, saving us time and money and for a smooth move-in. She is patient, swift and sincere in her advice and recommendations. Next, we look forward to buying a property and working with Cassie again in the near future.
